Ownership and Leadership
Owned and led by Matthew Burzon, SHRM-SCP, our foundation is built on more than a decade of experience in healthcare recruitment. Matt, an engineering graduate and Hall of Fame Ice Hockey goaltender, has channeled his passion for helping others not only through his professional work but also as a Volunteer Firefighter and a Nationally Registered First Responder.
